Relaxations guided for CHILDREN (6-12 years)
This CD proposes the child to discover, to experiment and to develop the
tools of his/her/its own détente.
5 beaches: The merry-go-round, skin, 3 doors and 1 bridge, some breathings, I
am similar to the other: I am different and unique.
The relaxation concerns all children :
- in his/her/its role of
awakening, she/it encourages the presence to oneself, calmness, the
concentration, the confidence in one and the communication
- in his/her/its
function of help, she/it can improve the sleep and the psychosomatic unrests,
eczema, tics.
The goal is to pass by the body to learn to feel, to be conscious of what
happens in itself and then to decide in knowledge of reason. The training is
progressive, staked out of discoveries.
The setting in .uvre of the process makes itself from several elements :
- the bodily stances encourage the détente, the extériorisation or the
interiorization, according to the needs
- the sensory exercises open the
doors of the body and the sensation is concrete, unifying; she/it installs the
reference marks and anchorages
- the breathing is alternately an invitation
to let itself/themselves rock or a dynamics that makes advance; it is an
opportunity for the child to discover the power of the breath that lives it
-
the state of relaxation and the visualization propose to the child a real
meeting with himself.
Beach 1. The merry-go-round
I pass the movement to the immobility and the
expression to the silence. "The Merry-go-round" is a tonic relaxation that
proposes to the child a passage of the movement externalized to the internalized
movement. The Merry-go-round plays with the joints, the monitoring of the

I am well in my skin in security. I have confidence. The
discovery of the body passes by the touch and felt it; the certainty to exist
takes root in the physical reality; skin protects, inform, adjust and encourage

I draw resources in me. The relaxation is a
path toward one oasis of peace, of tranquillity, a place of liberty. She/it
opens to the creativeness. "3 doors and a bridge" take in one interior journey.
Every door opens on a field of experience bound to the child's personal

Beach 4. Some breathings
In my life, I breathe according to my needs, I
choose according to the moments. Experimentation of three different breathings,
to feel the effects of it and to be able to use them to the daily. I localize my
breathing: I am present to my breath. The ladybird (dorsal breathing): I teach

(breathing in landings): I lengthen the expirations for encourages my laxity and
